All athletic tickets for NC State Athletics are sent from the sender NC State Athletics (no_reply@gopack.paclive.com) with the subject line Parents and Families Services wants to send you # ticket(s). If you have purchased a pre-game event “STU” (student ticket) this includes a complimentary game ticket, and your student will be seated with your family’s General Admission (GA) tickets purchase. Tickets can be downloaded to your Phone’s Mobile Wallet for easy access on the day of the game.

Please follow the instructions below to accept your football game tickets:

• Click on the Accept Transfer button in the email. 
• Once that link is selected, you will be brought to a screen that lists your tickets. Click on the Accept Transfer button at the bottom.
• If you do not already have an account with the NC State Ticket Office, select the Create Account option at the bottom to create your account.
• Once you have created your account, the transfer will complete.
• Select each event under the My Tickets header (must be on a mobile phone). Once on the event page, select Add to Apple Wallet/Google Wallet (depending on phone type) to add to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.​​​​​
