How do I register?
Visit the Spring Fling homepage on Wednesday, January 14, and follow the instructions to register and purchase tickets for Spring Fling 2026.

All events are sold à la carte. Be sure to talk with your student about what events your family should attend and have your student’s NC State ID number ready for event registration.

What ticket type should I purchase?
Parents, families, guests, friends, etc. (anyone who is not an enrolled NC State student) should select the “Non-NC State Student” ticket where applicable. Then return to the menu page, select the “NC State Student” ticket option, and enter the quantity. There is a limit of two NC State students per transaction, and Student IDs must be entered at checkout.

What if I have two students?
You can purchase tickets and validate both students using their unique Student Identification (SID or Student ID) numbers. You should enter BOTH IDs in the same entry box, separated by a comma at checkout.

The link doesn’t work when I click it. What is the issue?
Unfortunately, we have found that not all devices support links embedded on the Parents and Families Services web and registration sites. For this reason, we recommend registering and accessing all links from a desktop or laptop. If you are still having trouble, try clearing your cache and cookies (including your browsing history) in your web browser, or open a new incognito window.

Can I register or purchase tickets over the phone? Unfortunately, we are unable to process registrations via phone. All registrations for Spring Fling are processed online only.

How do I purchase game tickets? We have partnered with Athletics to offer Wolfpack Families tickets to the Men’s Basketball game. Due to registration updates, these tickets are no longer sold separately or individually.

All tickets sold through Parents and Families Services for the NC State Men’s v. Stanford basketball game on Saturday, March 7, include a complete Game Day Experience, including a pre-game event and the basketball game. The pre-game event “Birthday Before the Buzzer” will be held in “Raleighwood,” an exclusive Fan Zone at Carter-Finley Stadium, steps away from the Lenovo Center.

What if I only want game tickets?
Please visit gopack.com to purchase basketball tickets only. We are unable to sell game tickets only.

Can I register for the Pre-Game Event- “Birthday Before the Buzzer” party only?
This is an excellent option for anyone who already has tickets or is simply looking for a fun time! Simply follow the instructions on the Spring Fling homepage and select the Event only (no game ticket) option. The cost is $50 for event-only tickets. NC State students do need a ticket for this event.

How it works.
We partner with NC State Athletics to reserve an allotment of tickets for the identified Men’s Basketball game to be sold in conjunction with our Game Day Experience. Athletics determines ticket allotments. However, no additional tickets will be available once our allotment is sold out. It is not uncommon for our ticket allotment to sell out.

What is the benefit of purchasing game tickets through your site if I can get them in advance? The advantage of buying through the designated event site is that you can experience gameday with your student at no additional cost. Student tickets through our site are complimentary when reserved with a purchased general admission/event ticket. Student ID numbers are required for the reservation.

If I reserve a ticket with my purchase, will my student still have to go through the student ticket lottery?
No, your student’s ticket will be provided via your reservation via our independent ticket site.

Will my student receive their earned points if they sit with me?
Yes, we require student ID numbers at the time of purchase. In doing so, we can verify your student is actively enrolled and will credit points earned for attending the Men’s Basketball game.

My student has a student ticket. Will we be able to sit together?
No. Students receive general admission seating in the student section with a student ticket. If you would like your student to sit with you and your family, you must reserve (at no additional cost) an “NC State Student ticket” when registering for Spring Fling.

Can I purchase an additional student event packet for my student’s roommate/friend?
Yes, registrants can add up to 2 students when ordering tickets online. Provide the same option for your student’s roommate as your student, be sure to have the NC State student ID number for all NC State students in your party. All students must present a valid student ID to enter the stadium.

I do have tickets to the game. Can I purchase tickets to Spring Fling-sponsored events?
Yes. If tickets are still available for the event(s), we invite you to purchase tickets online for any of our signature events when registration opens.

Events with capacity limits are expected to fill up fast. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

What if I don’t have a smartphone to access my game tickets?
If you do not own a smartphone, contact the Athletics Ticket Office via email at TicketOffice@ncsu.edu or call (919) 865.1510 for assistance. All Ticket Office calls are first answered by an Autobot, then transferred to a customer service representative. Please be patient during this time, as call volume may be high.
