Men’s and Women’s Basketball tickets will be sold separately. Please follow the link provided on the Spring Fling homepage to be redirected to the game ticket purchase site.

The link isn’t working when I click on it. What is the issue?
Unfortunately, we have found that not all devices support links embedded on the Parents and Families Services web and registration sites. For this reason, we recommend registering and accessing all links from a desktop or laptop. If you are still having trouble, try clearing your cache and cookies (deleting your history) in your web browser or opening an incognito web browser.

Can I register or purchase tickets over the phone? No, unfortunately, we are unable to process registrations via phone. All registrations for Parents and Spring Fling are processed online only.

How do I purchase game tickets? NC State athletic tickets are sold separately through a designated site built by our partners in the Athletic Ticket Office for Parents and Families Services signature events. This link will be live on the website on the day event registration opens.

The Athletic website gopack.com indicates tickets for the selected game are sold out before the launch of Parents and Families Services event registration. Can I still get tickets? Yes, while we have them.

How it works.
We partner with NC State Athletics to reserve an allotment of tickets for the identified games (Football, Men’s Basketball and Women’s Basketball) ticket allotments and ticket prices vary and are determined by athletics. However, once our allotment is sold out, no additional tickets will be available. It is not uncommon for our ticket allotment to sell out.

What is the benefit of purchasing game tickets through your site if I can get them in advance? The benefit of purchasing through the designated event site is that you have the opportunity to experience gameday with your student at no additional cost. Student tickets through our site are complimentary when reserved with a purchased general admission ticket. Student ID numbers are required for reservation. Families can purchase/reserve up to 6 tickets together.

Will my student still have to go through the student ticket lottery if I reserve a ticket with my purchase? No, your student’s ticket will be provided by way of your reservation via our independent ticket site.

2024 Exception: Student tickets will NOT be available for the Women’s Basketball game on Monday, Feb. 5. This is the Play4Kay game. We are unable to accommodate family tickets in the same way. Our apologies in advance.

Will my student receive their earned points if they sit with me?
Yes, we require student ID numbers to be provided upon purchase. In doing so, we are able to verify your student is actively enrolled and will credit points earned for attending the Men’s Basketball game.

My student has a student ticket. Will we be able to sit together?
No. Students receive general admission seating in the student section with a student ticket. If you would like for your student to sit with you and your family, you will need to reserve (at no additional cost) an “NC State Student ticket” when registering for Spring Fling.

Can my family purchase just tickets to the basketball game?
Yes, simply follow the instructions for purchasing game tickets only from the Spring Fling homepage.

Can I purchase an additional student event packet for my student’s roommate/friend? Yes, registrants will have the option to add up to two students when ordering tickets online. Simply provide the same option for your student’s roommate as your student, be sure to have the NC State student ID number for all NC State students in your party. All students must present a valid student ID to obtain entry into the stadium.

I do have tickets to the game. Can I purchase tickets to Spring Fling-sponsored events?  Yes. If there are tickets still available to the event(s), we invite you to please go online to purchase tickets to any of our signature events when registration goes live.

Events with capacities are anticipated to fill fast. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
