Whether traveling to campus for an event or simply visiting your student, the following information might be useful in planning your visit.

General Event Accessibility Requests

Accessibility Requests for Athletic Events

Gameday accommodations are processed through the NC State Athletics Ticket office. To request accessibility or for additional information, including parking and seating accommodations, please click here or contact the Ticket Office at 919.865.1510.

Dining and Lodging

Pack Parents are encouraged to take advantage of their VIP membership when traveling to Raleigh. Whether you need overnight accommodations or are looking for a restaurant to take your student to, there are plenty of options. Please visit the VIP Discount Program to access a complete list of our program partners. If you have questions, please call the Parents’ Helpline at 919.515.2441.

Parking

General Parking
Parking permits are enforced Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except on university holidays. For more information, please see Visitor Parking.

CAMPUS PARKING 

Vehicles parked on campus before 5:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday without a valid permit are subject to ticketing. There is no cost or required permit to park on campus from 5:00 p.m. until Monday at 7:00 a.m. Parking in specific assigned or handicap-accessible spaces without the proper permit is always prohibited. Visitor parking information can be found online at transportation.ncsu.edu

Game Day Parking
Details and directions for game day parking* vary by venue and event. For more information, please visit gopack.com

If you plan to arrive on campus early and head to the game, we recommend leaving your vehicle and riding the Red Terror, NC State’s gameday transit. Loop service begins 3 hours before kickoff from Witherspoon Student Center and runs for 90 minutes after the game. To learn more about the Red Terror, click here.

*Parking is included in the Game Day Experience event hosted by Parents and Families Services before the Men’s Basketball game on Saturday, Feb. 22.
