Hello Wolfpack Families!

My name is Hayden Elizabeth Hamilton, and I am a sophomore at NC State University. I am majoring in Natural Resources with a focus on Water, Soil, and Land Use in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. I am looking forward to my future on the Parent Ally team this year!

In my free time, I love to make art, especially using acrylic paints as well as watercolor. I was born in Newport News, Virginia, but moved to Cary, North Carolina, as a young child. Living just 20 minutes from this wonderful campus, I had the pleasure of growing up as a State fan. In this upcoming year, I hope to join a soccer intramural team through the NCSU Athletic Department.

Along with Parent and Families Services, I am a member of the NC State Agroecology Club. We have frequent meetings at the Agroecology Education Farm, tending to the crops as well as fun farm events. Being a part of a club has given me a sense of community and has opened me up to so many experiences. 

I am looking forward to my first Parents and Families weekend and to the many events to come this year. I can’t wait to share this experience with my pack peers and their families!
