Care Kits for Students

Parents and Families Services (PFS) is excited to embark on a new initiative to support students and we need your help!

As you may know, on-campus isolation housing continues to be an option for NC State students who test positive for COVID-19 and are unable to self-isolate in place or return home. With the support of University Housing and our Wolfpack Families, our goal is to provide Care Kits for students who may find themselves temporarily relocated into on-campus isolation housing.

How it works
Parents and Families Services will collect donations throughout October at the E. Carroll Joyner Visitor Center. Once we have collected all donations we will come together during Red and White Week to assemble these packages. Care Kits will then be made available and delivered to students on an as-needed basis to those who opt into on-campus isolation housing.

Care Kit Assembly
Wolfpack Families are invited to join us to assemble Care Kits on Tuesday, Nov. 1 from 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm at our office located in the E. Carroll Joyner Visitor Center. We will need all hands on deck to help us fill our care kits and pen get-well letters to students. Sign-up here today!

Donations can be dropped off Monday – Friday between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
