Making the Most of Parents and Families Weekend
Hello, Wolfpack Families! Parents and Families Weekend is right around the corner and although many signature events are sold out, registration for events that do not have capacity limits is still open until September 20th, so don’t be discouraged! There are plenty of exciting family-friendly activities happening on campus and in the surrounding Raleigh area that are absolutely worth the trip.
Even if your first-choice event is sold out, consider building your own family weekend experience! Explore campus, check out the NC State Events Calendar for on-campus activities and the Raleigh Events Calendar for events happening locally. We encourage families to try a new restaurant, visit a local attraction or take advantage of one of the many family-friendly activities happening throughout the area. Most importantly, this is a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time with your student and create lasting memories together.
