Meet our PAs: Alina Jackson
Hello Wolfpack Families!
My name is Alina Jackson and I am from Havelock, North Carolina. I am a junior studying Communication with a minor in Entrepreneurship. I hope to earn my master’s and go into Public Relations. I am a new parent ally for the 2024-2025 academic year. I am originally from Long Island, New York, and have lived all over the U.S. because my father is a United States Marine. I love to do arts and crafts, and more often than not, I have a new crochet or cross stitch project in my backpack.
I am grateful to be a returning member of the NC State Power Sound of the South Drumline. When I am not in class I am at band practice with many of my current friends and also high school friends who are new to NC State. I enjoy being in the marching band because it allows me to get out of my comfort zone and gives me a constructive break from the academic pressure.
This year, I am looking forward to attending more workshops at the Craft Center. I appreciate being a student on campus which will allow me to explore new creative avenues.
I am very excited to join the Parents and Families Services team and be able to provide help to NC State Families.
